Aside from directing and stage management, I am interested in sound design, composition, dramaturgy, lighting, and more. While I’m no expert in any of these fields, I believe that it’s important as a theatre artist to have a varied skill set. Having experience in theatre tech allows me to better communicate with designers and technicians both as a director and stage manager, while composition and dramaturgy help me to understand the text of a piece better.
